  1. Consultation Fees
    • All consultation/registration fees paid to Iana Education Private Limited are generally non-refundable.
    • However, refunds may be considered only in special cases.

  1. Refund Eligibility

Refund requests may be considered if:
• A session was cancelled by Iana Education Private Limited without offering an alternate schedule.
• Duplicate payments were made due to technical/payment errors.
• The service was not delivered at all after confirmed payment.

  1. Non-Refundable Situations

No refunds will be provided if:
• The consultation has already been availed/attended (in full or in part).
• The student chooses to discontinue after availing services.
• Dissatisfaction arises from differences in expectations vs. professional advice provided.

  1. Refund Process
    • All eligible refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to our official contact within 7 days of payment.
    • Once approved, refunds will be credited within 10–15 working days through the original mode of payment
